two hundred dollar ($200) nonrefundable booking fee is due at the time of
reservation with reservation form.
60 days prior to the
charter date, one half of the total charter amount, less booking fee, is due.
30 days prior to the
charter date, the remaining balance is due in full.

Any
cancellation made 45 days prior to the charter date in WRITING will receive a
refund. Cancellations made after that
date will result in forfeiture of fees paid.
No phone cancellations. All
reserved spots must be paid in full. No
refunds for absent divers. If you are
having trouble filling your charter, let us know. We will make every effort to refer divers to
you. Dives called due to weather will be
made by the captain only. Boat departs 6:30 a.m. Destinations cannot be guaranteed due to
weather, seas, and other factors.
