A two hundred dollar ($200) nonrefundable booking fee is due with contract.

Charter dates are not confirmed until signed contract and deposit are received.

60 days prior to the charter date, one half of the total charter amount, less booking fee, is due.

30 days prior to the charter date, the remaining balance is due in full.

Cancellations made 45 days prior to the charter date are eligible a refund.  Cancellations made after that time will result in forfeiture of fees paid.  Group leaders please note: no refunds issued for contracted slots not filled.  The decision to cancel dives for any reason is made by the captain only.  Destinations cannot be guaranteed due to weather, seas, and other factors.

A fuel surcharge may be assessed if the price of diesel rises unexpectedly.  Please note that charter prices do not include this cost.  Please call ahead for current surcharge information.

NOTE:  Divers are limited to either two single tanks or one set of doubles, one bag of gear, one pony bottle (40 cubic feet or less), and one bag of dry items for the cabin.  You may be asked to remove additional equipment with the exception of cameras, scooters, and spear guns.
